short hair is nice but it really depends on the person. since everyone's face looks different, it's hard to say that one certain hairstyle looks good on everyone. david beckham looks hot with a buzz cut while johnny depp looks good with long hair...

facial hair also looks better on some people than others.

as for your avatar...it's an animation so i don't know. but if i saw a man in real life who had long hair and sunglasses i don't think he'd be my type.
