My hair is really puffy, l will show you where my head is and where my hair is O--- my head is like there and my hair is like really puffy, I use pert sometimes and regular head and shoulders, what can I use to tame this hair and make it soft and silky, its wavy, curly, i want it to be soft and shiny and silky, which shampoo!?

Stay away from anything that adds volume or that is for curls. I would recommend you try Aussie Shampoo or any other brands that make different formulas for different hair styles. Go to your nearest grocery store and look at what each brand has to offer.

Don't know if they have it where you are but I swear by Marc Anthony!
You can by it at your local Drug Store. It's a bit higher in price then regular shampoos (not ridiculous though) but I do believe it's worth the few buck extra!
