How can I go from a high bun to hair down and back up again quickly? (and still look good)?

For a dance concert, I have to change hair from a high bun to a low bun and then to down and loose with about 15 minutes between each style. Then I have to go back to the high bun and start all over again within an hour for a second show. I have naturally (moderately) curly hair about mid-back length. Each style needs to stay put through 5+ minutes of dancing. Suggestions? Thanks!

generally you should spray your bun with a gallon of hairspray lol but when you have to put it up and down quickly just put it in a ponytail while its wet and use professional dance hair pins to do a bun (bunheads makes the best hair pins for dancers they sell them at most dance supply shops just ask the girl at the front desk) using hair pins makes it easier to transition than using abunch of scrunchies HTH

i can only share with you how i put my hair up in a bun, first i tie it up into a ponytail, then twist the hair and then wrap it around the elastic which is holding up the ponytail. then i secure it with a pin and then cover the bun with a bun net. it only took me 2minutes. hope that will help

Just some ideas:

You can use claws for a low bun:
