well you could tell her that ou want to donate your hair to people who don't have any, if she won't let you do that, then something is wrong. At least then it would be for a good cause. i think the program is called locks of love. If that doesn't work then you could get layers, and do long tossled curls, that is always gorgious. i really hope this helped.

I used to have mine that long, so when I got ready to cut it I went to fantastic sams, got them to cut it, and donated it to Locks of Love (great cause, your stylist usually sends it off for you, and my cut was free because I donated). What I would do is this. Make a deal with your mom and the star folks that they will donate what they cut (or not, your choice, but if you do make sure they bag it and all in front of you and get you to sign a release for it), have them cut it how they think, and if you don't like it, you can always have it styled somewhere else. Also, you can ask them to draw it out for you before they start cutting. Remember your hair will always grow back.
